In the OCEAN PARK area, 11 out of 78 Detached Homes sold in November which is 14% of all inventory, better than most areas across the Fraser Valley, ie. the rest of Surrey averaged 7% sales.
In all of SOUTH SURREY and WHITE ROCK combined, 55 out of 552 detached homes sold in November, which is 10% of the inventory and continues to be in solid Buyer's Market territory. These numbers are almost the same as last month's.
